#asktheexperts My baby is 1yr 2 months old and she suffers from severe constipation even though I give her all the fibre reach foods to eat. Some red red blood can be seen in her poop which is very painful for her. Also she takes enough water. Please provide a home remedy for her constipation or some medicine to control this.

A. hello actually constipation is quite normal in babies especially at this stage just tried to give lots of water and give a banana everyday give more of rice items add ghee in net and also soak the reasons overnight and give early morning and also make your baby to sit in warm water tub during bathing everyday it helps to get rid of the constitution and also apply some warm castor oil to the tummy and massage in anticlockwise direction
