A. development by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not. if child has good understanding and follows orders and codmmand of the parents properly then do not worry much about speech as will eventually come. talk more withd child. avoid tv mobile laptop. involve more people to interact with the child.

A. Hello dear parent, your baby is omly 18 months old. So do not expect so much from your bahy. Though you will have to interact with your child a lot and in a very clear tone so that he understands what you are saying and would imitate as he would grow..good luck and take care
