#asktheexperts my baby is 18 months and always constipated, used to do potty in 4 days and he had to struggle a lot while pooping. please advice to comfort him and ease the pooping

A. can use dulcolax suppository occasionally gConstipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

A. hi parent please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet please avoid maida items please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
