#asktheexperts my baby is 15th month old.always he suffering from cold.if I give cow milk and banana for my baby, does cold will increase?.then wich food has immunity strength?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it may be due ri any allergy .Diet containing of green leafy vegetable and fruit that contains most of vitamin and good protein sources like paneer or egg . It is required for proper weight and height gain and also for boosting immunity and good skin and hairs . Protein powder like pediasure can be given to baby after 2 yr of age .
