A. The average weight of a 13 months old boy should be around 9.5 kg. Your son is doing just fine. Offer whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, cheese, home made paneer, curd and butter. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts, pistachios and raisins. Give bananas, avocados, pears, mangoes, papaya, etc. Give lentils like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give one boiled egg per day. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give peanut butter. Always maintain proper hygiene. Always keep a hand sanitizer handy. Check Babyhug Alcohol Based Hand Sanitiser : It kills 99.9% germs within 30 seconds. It is enriched with glycerin to moisturise your hands. It provides rinse free and rapid disinfection.
