#asktheexperts My baby is 12 days old and both mother and baby doing well. My wife suddenly stop producing breast milk since yesterday and we have to switch to formula milk. Would like to understand why this sudden stop and how to overcome.

Shatavari powder is a good lactation supplement that she can have three times in the day with warm milk which would be good along with that also I’m going to recommend you that what happens sometimes when there is a diet alterations when you don’t consume a healthy diet or don’t have plenty of clothes and fibre in the diet that can often lead to lowering of the breastfeeding
