#asktheexperts my baby is 11months and 14 days old.i give her toned milk ,bcoz after 6 months my milk supply reduces .now she eat fruits and cereals properly.How much should be the milk intake for my baby ?and if any diet chart you can suggest .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. even if the child having semi solid food properly it is imperative that you give your child around 400 to 500 ml of milk throughout the day it is essential for the overall growth of the child at this stage
