#asktheexperts My baby is 11 months old. it's almost done 1 year but till my menstruation is not starting. during my pregnancy my blood level was low.

it all happens due to hormonal fluctuations.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly

This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
