NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some kids can be slow weight gainer s and if the child is active then is not a problem.. make sure to give healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also give baby small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time so the baby will be able to take it
