the minimum diet to be given is half a katori that is around 100 ml 3 times per day made from cereals pulses vegetables.
half katori twice daily from fruitsd
and milk to be continued
at this age also milk consist of 70% of the diet so no need to rush much upon the food.
homemade diet iss better compared to readymade processed baby food.
also fruits and juices can be added and you can add dry fruits powder also.
