#asktheexperts my baby is 10 months old can I start cow’s milk for additional nutrients? I have been breast feeding and have started solids from 6th month

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give baby cow milk or any animal milk after the age of one year and till that time give baby formula milk along with breastfeeding and semi solids food. Take care
