You should give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Give 3 to 4 meals a day and up to three fourth katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
If your baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then do not worry.
