RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. Honestly madam there is no diet to follow for weight gain it has to be all the foods that we eat millets grains vegetable fruit fruits everything healthy and that is what is only going to lead to overall weight gain and growth of your child
