You can initiate in the form of milkshakes and smoothies and give it with a glass or a cup and put a lid and a straw on that that’s going to be very comfortable for you to give to the child and get the similar kind of thing for yourself because when the mother or the father has something the child would tend to have it just to copy that and that will be the right way to introduce it to the child
