start Vitamin d and multivitamin supplements regularly.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production

U Don’t worry the skin is going to be better over the period don’t worry about it the lips are sometimes black in colour when a child is born but gradually over the period the child is going to have its normal colour of the lips also so don’t worry about it it’s very normal
