A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazymfe can f be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

A. Hello dear parent, gas or colic problem is very common among babies. You should help your bBy burp after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary. This will hep in releasing gas and prevents colic pain. Good luck and take care
