Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. not required to give daily. give only once in a while. Like many be once a week or twice a week. let it be fully ripe. also at this stage only one tablespoon is enough. after a couple of months increase it to 2 tablespoons give in the morning time preferably.
