Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Skin lesions in small babies are very common due to reaction to new environment.it happens due to blockade of sweat gland , kindly avoid oil massage for 10 days.
Use moisturex syndet soap for bathing.use natural coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil for moisture skin.

it could be fungal Infection or dry skin patch.
but it is better to visit pediatrician for proper evaluation.
