#asktheexperts my baby has umbilical granuloma . Should i be really going for the silver nitrate option as it has been more than 2 weeks and the sticks are bot available here in my city. What are the alternatives. Currently i am clearing it using the spirit and applying mupiroricin tu e. Please advise
