I think it is because of BCG vaccination because once you get the vaccination done within some months you will see this kind of a pimple approve appearing on any part of the body usually happens somewhere under armour on the tummy so this is a very sensitive area you have to actually puncture the infection take the PUSS out and when the blood comes after that then you know the infection is out after that you can do dressing betadine and leave it open it will heal within 3 to 5 days otherwise check with your doctor
