ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You can give if prescribed by your doctor and make sure you burp baby after feeding and also as a breast feeding mom you should avoid gassy foods heavy to digest abd excess non veg intake

don't contiue or stop Medicine by own
for gas problem ,I would suggest to use Babyhug tummy roll on around navel of your child which provides instant relief in gas.
