#asktheexperts my baby has consistent nose block problem whenever exposed to ac. She is 9 months old, its her first summers. We put saline water several times a day but the problem remains the same.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Make sure you maintain the AC temperature around 25 to 28 and not below this. And keep her head covered in AC room and put few drops of eucalyptus oil close to her pillow
