#asktheexperts my baby has congestion and getting choked because can’t take out mucus o have shown a paediatrician he gave me livocetrizne but so much mucus is coming out from nose and mouth that she can’t sleep always crying should o change the medicine

But mam I know it is very discomforting but if you look at it at the end of the day it is good that the mucus is coming out that means the body is getting cleans the chest and throat is getting clean so it’s not a problem it may be a trouble for initial days but over the period it is going to be healthy along with that if you want you can ask your doctor if nebulising will also help because it helps in passing the mucus through the motion
