Q.

#asktheexperts my baby has completed 6 months and i started solid one time per day. as I have to go to office I have to pump breast milk. how long can breast milk kept outside and can we keep it in refrigerator and give? will it be cold for them?

A. yes you can do. this as per the information given by you looks all good and is fine as per normal . So it does not need to be worried for right now about this issue .

A. Hello mom Expressed milk can be used for next six hours if you are keeping it in normal room temperature. You should avoid keeping it in refrigerator because you can’t reheat it. Rather than this you can also start giving formula milk and now you baby is six months old and me we should take at least four
