#asktheexperts my baby has black pigmentation like in her calf muscles skin.i noticed it from her birth but now it has become more dark

A. (In fact, some babies can take up to six months to develop their permanent skin tone.) All of this not-so-delectable stuff is perfectly normal, but do keep an eye out for a yellow cast to the skin, which could be a sign of jaundice.
