Q.

#asktheexperts my baby had hypocalcemia seizure on 7thday. admitted and treated in hospital and now no recurrence of seizure or anything. he is very active babbling,turning round on belly,head control everything is proper. does the hypocalcemia seizure can develop future epilepsy or any other thing. doctor said not to get worried he is fine.my vitamin d was low so for him also vitamind and calcium became low

A. For this particular thing a neurologist or the Doctor Who has been examining your child from this time can only give you assistance it would be difficult to help you and give you correct guidance of better to get in touch with the Doctor Who is treating the child already

Q. Hello Doctor,My baby girl is now 2 years old.She had febrile seizure on July 22nd because of urinary infection.we admitted in the hospital and followed the medicine.The second seizure was she had 28th of August because of viral infection.Again we admitted her in the hospital and they took blood and urine test.Results are normal.But she is having fever till now.Doctor advised to give only paracetamol 250 mg syrup SOS 3.5 ml.I have been given this for last 6 days.But she is not well now.what can i do next? please explain about the 2 seizure within 2 months she had.Is this normal or need to eeg??
