Q.

#asktheexperts My baby had eczema in her diaper and genital area about a month back. Now it is cured although slight redness occur now and then. The affected area is becoming very white and is not returning to original colour of the skin although it has been a month. Is it a cause for concern? Will the skin return to original colour. Should I apply anything for the skin to return to its color Attached pic for reference

A. hello ma'am this certainly will take a time because it's a gradual process when ever you get injuries you have always in notice that it takes time for a new skin to appear it will first appear as the white patch then it becomes the pink and then normal skin tone the same procedure is being followed here you must keep applying coconut oil or mustard oil over the area
