A. Post vaccination swelling may be a common thing specially after DPT vaccine which may be painful for two or three days and the swelling may remain even up to month so if it is not causing any pain or other symptoms nothing to worry. Swelling can be redfuced by giving ice fovbjjmentation locally and paracetamol can be given for fever or pain. Thrombophobe ointment can be applied in acute pain and swelling .

A. You can give to the child and fever is completely normal and common with kids after the vaccination do not worry about it you can just give paracetamol that’s available to you and that’s going to be helpful as of now because it’s a low-grade fever
