#asktheexperts My baby girl is 23 days old now. she is having lanugo on cheeks, ear and forehead. She has allergy of lentils. Is it okay to stop using this? Will her lanugo go automatically with certain period of time?

A. Lanugo disappears within the first two months of life. However, babies may still have fine, peach-fuzz-like hair on the tops of the ears, above their tailbone or at the base of their neck. This is normal and shouldn't be a cause for concern.
