#asktheexperts My baby girl is 21 month old, weight 18 kg already. Is it a concern of obesity in infants or she will be fine when she will grow. Kindly suggest as she is not eating properly as per the age but still gaining weight..

please avoid packaged food and formula feed
please give easily digestible home made food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
