ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician2 years agoA. better consult your doctor it's not normal needs to be examined in person It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

You should immediately be getting it checked with your doctor as of now you can keep ice cube or cold pack into that area too settle down the swelling it is going to be irritating for the child but you’ll have to do it also you can apply coconut oil after words and give paracetamol to the child to reduce down the pain
