ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. most baby learn to sit independently between the ages of 5 to 7 months.. Strong neck, upper back, and lower back muscles are all needed to sit up alone. Do Massage with Dabur Lal oil especially on back of neck, upper back, lower back.. Try tripod position to practice to sit alone.. If unable to sit unsupported by 9 months, check in with his doctor.
