#asktheexperts my baby girl 5 months old she's not sleeping more than 10 hours per day, only night she will sleep around 7 hours in a day time less than 3 hours , if sleep in day within 30 minutes she will wake up, what can I do

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy4 days agoA. Hello! Baby’s feeding and sleeping pattern keeps changing due to growth spurts. You should try adjusting the wake window of your baby. Move bedtime earlier. Darken the environment and ensure that your baby is well Fed enough the entire day.
