#asktheexperts my baby girl 22days old she got red heat pimples on her face and neck what is the solution please I am worried very much

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Clean your baby’s face every day with warm water and gentle soap. Then dry it very gently. avoid heavy or extra moisturizing creams, oils, Vaseline on skin. avoid excessive exposure to sunlight. tc
