#asktheexperts my baby gets enough milk from me but she doesn't gain the ideal weight can I take shatavari powder to improve the quality of milk .

Mam the powder that you’re talking about is basically used to increase your lactation it is for women who do not have good amount of milk it is not going to make your milk more productive in terms of weight gain but it will help in increasing your breastfeeding for that purpose if you want you can take it
