A. Namaste Mom No worries as far as the child is active for their age and also eating a healthy & well balanced diet as such. include foods such as dry fruits nuts and seeds, also eggs if preferred, milk, butter, ghee, dals, lobia, chana , chilla, sago , rice, roti etc
