#asktheexperts My baby breastfeeding, how will i know if milk is sufficient for her, how much quantity milk she should drink, because for every 1 hr, she is asking for milk and putting her hand in mouth.

Around 30 ML would be good to be given in one go and you have to feed your child every two hours that is how it is supposed to be and for first 60 days you are supposed to feed the child every two hours and then you’re supposed to give it on demand and putting the hand into the mouth is very normal
