#asktheexperts My baby boy Rishabh kausal 3 years 2 months eats food only with Mobile π² watching and we need to feed her he does not wat himself even till now and had got a habit of watching cartoons on TV and mobile like Motu Patlu we try to avoid but he cries for same and gets angry How can we make him learn eating by himself and avoid and reduce mobile and TV watching ??? Pls guide doctor

Namaste Mom Instead of mobile or TV you can replace it with age appropriate books they work excellent use while they are eating read the story books use picture books also try to have meals together whenever possible this way they will learn to eat independent as well.
