#asktheexperts my baby boy is two months old and he has started licking his thumb and holding head, when is the right time I introduce him to other liquids ?

Now it is quite early as such , weaning foods it is ideal to be introduced from the age of 4 to 5 months onwards, intially with liquid foods and gradually moving to semi solids

completion of six months is right time for introducing food and water to your child
please give plenty of breast milk when you're child is demanding
please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
please give daily sun light exposure
