#asktheexperts my baby boy is a week less than 5 months old.. is being exclusively breastfed. He is very distracted while having the feed .. most of the times, he just sips in few minutes and then starts sucking his thumb. What to be done plz suggest

A. You should feed your child in isolation and cover the face with a sheet or your child can only have access to your face it’s easy for the child to take a feed otherwise with distraction this is common and due to teething also sometimes kids suck more on its thumb
