#asktheexperts My baby boy is 7months 22days old and weighs exactly 6kg and looks thin. Is the weight normal?

A. hi mom weight seems to be fine by 6 months babies weight almost doubles and by 1 year it almost triples by his birth weight give good home cooked meals along with breastfeeding

A. Depending upon what was the weight of your child and on a minimum calculation of 500 g in a month your child should be at least 3.5 kg to 4 kg more than the birth and accordingly you can evaluate and start with proper food for good growth of your child
