#asktheexperts my baby boy is 7+ month , whenever he giggles excessively it triggers his vomit and it happens regularly 4-5 times in a week

A. Vomiting when laughing excessively is common in babies because their digestive system is still developing. Intense giggling can put pressure on the stomach or trigger a sensitive gag reflex, causing them to spit up. However, since it is happening 4-5 times a week, it is best to consult a pediatrician to rule out infant reflux or any other underlying sensitivity. In the meantime, try to avoid vigorous play or intense laughing immediately after a meal."
