A. See the medicine that you have given us for cold and its basic anti allergy just your child is basically suffering with dry cough then please consult your doctor because a doctor can advise you with the right medicine and anyways we do not recommend you to self medicate the child as it is not good or healthy for the babyWrite Your Answer Here
