#asktheexperts hai my baby 3.5 month she is fever and cold cough I am using paracetamol. maxtra drops last 5 days no use pls tell me any antibiotic drops for baby?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation. also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.d all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics. also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meetd your dr for proper advice.
