#asktheexperts my baby boy is 3 month 16 days old and his birth weight was 3.100 Kg now he is 5.500 Kg totally on Breastmilk .please let me know the ideal weight and how to increase his weight??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. try to focus on feeds. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

Never expect that a child must gain ideal weight range
it is just numbers
mam ,as far as your child is happy and active, gains enough weight (age accordingly i.e. 3.5 to 5kg) , passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about such things
