#asktheexperts my baby boy is 1year and 3months old...hi dont like any kind ok milk...and also his wait is 9kg...how to inscres his weight...i m so worried about his weight...???

A. Dear mum, weight of 9 kg is a normal weight for 1 year 3 months old baby boy. You should continue to breastfeed till 2 years. You can also add powdered nuts to baby’s milk to enhance the taste. You can also give milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer. For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products every day. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
