Yes you can take it there is no issue in taking it but you have to have a proper diet control and eat healthy this is going to ban controlling your three wings but it is not a magic potion as a lot of people feel it going to automatically reducing weight it helps in reducing weight cravings and bloating with which your appetite crunches and you reduce weight but having a balance that is very important with it
