#asktheexperts My baby boy has completed 6 months. I have started solids and water after doctors guidance. It has been 2 days after introducing solids. today he has got runny nose suddenly. What should I do? Is it common?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom as their is weather changes everywhere so that could possibly be because of it .. give him warm foods such as warm soups etc . Steamed vegetables or you can also give semi solid consistency porridge or kichidi as well
