Give your baby purées of seasonal fruits and vegetables, single whole grain like rice, well cooked and pureed Dal, chickpeas for proteins. It is advisable to introduce one new food at a time, preferably in the morning to check for potential allergies and for better digestion. Keep your baby hydrated all day.
