Sometimes when you start giving semisolid food to the child it has been seen that kids do not gain sufficient amount of weight that they should be gaining but over the period of the child is eating well the weight gain would definitely be seen and if you do not see any weight despite of continuing with proper food then you can consult your paediatric once
